Menstrual Cramps

Hey ladies I just wanted to know if having cramps effect you going to class and do you use it as an excuse (for whatever reason)?

Only on the first day its like that sometimes i HAVE to stay out of school for that one day because on a couple of occasions I just fell out completely on my desk and could not move for like the majority of the day and my stomach decided not to do its job and returned the food i had ate. But its weird because I wasnt always like this b4 I never got any symptoms AT ALL but now its like hell. The doc told me to take the bc pills but I heard that messes you up essentially.

i have abnormally strong menstrual cramps, i have to take 4 800mg prescription strength ibuprofen a day for the 4 days i **** or else i can't stand up straight

My cramps are like somebody is slowly pushing a needle in my ****. Very weird and so unheard of. I thought noone had those kind of cramps but I actually work with someone who does. I never had cramps before. In fact, I never knew what they were, until I had kids. Doggone kids!

wow, i can also imagine wat yall are going thru...But stay strong, it sounds real painful...

You can also imagine? No. You have no idea! And I don't think you should even be in this thread, because you never know which one of us ladies are cramping right now! *deep breath* I'll be ok. I'm taking my Aleve pills right now.
