Next question............. So who should be stripped of their moderator duties?! I personally think the moderators should be people who get along with EVERYONE, open-minded, and respect others opinions.

But seriously, tho...When I see something that needs to be moved, locked, or deleted, I'll delete it. I've deleted only 3 or 4 posts (not whole threads) before, and they were when Demmeri (AKA "BushPimp") was going on his little spree of foolishness.
um yeah i was simply defending myself against the many assclowns on this website who decided to try n boost thier net self esteem...yeah and then you lock the "they weren't there from the start mr president" thread...i think that was censorship because i was winnning the political auguments throughout that thread...(tasia)>>>

Moderators need to have these attributes- Well-spoken (Typing in PROPER ENGLISH) Visit here often enough (Twice a day atleast) Need to be impartial And must account to WHY something is deleted Hardly any of the moderators do all of this, so if it were up to me, I just wouldn't have any of you as a moderator. That being said, there aren't many that can fit the description.
I agree but more than anything I think that an Admin has to have some serious computer savvy because I've noticed that problems do arise and sometimes it takes forever for them to be fixed until somebody comes along or suggest something that works. In other words somebody who knows what phpbb means, what it is, and how it differes from vbulletin (if you don't know what any of that is then u need not apply)... ...because more than anything their job is to not only check people's post but also improve the the forum as a whole. Somebody who doesn't know what they are can real F! things up on here. Somebody who does know what they are doing can improve this forum dramatically and make the cafe experience that much better for everybody. This pointless drama is ridiculous, I feel that the admin should never be wrapped up in all of this mess unless he's squashing it. If the people who are supposed the facilitators of everything can't get it together how is the site as a whole supposed to function. It takes away from the experience for everybody. Word is bond... Thats just my .98 cents... :smt024
