that's like asking why are all dudes so aggressive. personally, i can't answer that question because i'm not passive. all female aren't the same. maybe you should ask that specific girl...
I think nobody wants to be rejected...and I think alotta females fear just askin for whatever they want with a dude, he will just say No, Im not interested, or No I dont wanna chill, whatever. SO instead of putting themselves in a situation where shr hs to ask him, females tend to leave a million and one hints until HE ASKS...giving her the control to say Yes or No...and to feel wanted by that person.

well traditionally of course, its the mans job to put hiself out there and get rejected and pick his face up of the floor or not get rejected.

BUT ONLY WHEN I KNOW DEFINITELY THAT THE GUY IS FEELING ME...I AM MORE FORWARD IN WHAT I WANT AND EXPECT OUT OF A DUDE...AND IT ALSO DEPENDS ON WHAT KIND OF MOOD I'M IN..IF I FEEL LIKE TAKING CONTROL OF THE SITUATION THEN I WILL, BUT SOMETIMES I HAVE A TENDENCY 2 SCARE OFF THE DUDE B/C IM A LITTLE 2 AGGRESSIVE :smt088
I RARELY PUT MYSELF OUT THERE AND LOOK LIKE BOBO THE FOOL
