The answer to your question depends on the person and what they are looking for in a school. One person is gonna say Howard is the best, another will say Clark Atlanta is. But you know what HBCU I'm gonna say is the greatest:

Ok...I can't say FAMU is whack b/c I was thinking about goin there...it shares the spot of bein the best HBCU along w/ A&T. But I dunno about V State bein whack though, I haven't been there but my best friend goes there and she loves it.

AGGIE PRIDE!!! i do agree about the partying though cause all I heard about A&T is that it was a major party school and please believe that everybody knows how to party, but i think those students at white schools party wayyyy harder...that's just me though. my other schools of choice were Hampton U and South Carolina State.
