How should i go about overcoming my addiction? I knowe that this can't be healthy so i want try an quit. maybe a twelve step program of some sort? also it's not that i have to have one when i'm at wendy's, i have to go to wendy's just to get a frosty(the large ones shh...).

to overcome your addiction...
1. admitting the problem... (which you have, so you've started)
2. begin getting small orders of frostys for a week or so, that way you possibly won't crave much
3. lay off the Wendys for another week... indulge in something else... and
4. you don't really have to go to Wendys... your tongue tells your brain more frosties.... and your psychi goes into "MUST GET FROSTY" Mode... so you gotta find a way to reverse that, by using step 3...
hmmm (thinks there should be a frosty patch or universal addiction patch :twisted
