When that time comes, make sure you always have socks on. I get the worst cramps and my mom told me to keep socks on and that usually helps.

dang im always hungry.i eat like im fat but i dont gain no weight.ive been at 160 for three years now.guess itll catch up with me.....*goes to the fridge and puts some nuggets in the oven*....yummy...
