Theres no reason for it to be a sticky just for the fact that it is a popular topic that everyone keeps replying to, and its gonna stay at the top of the forum wihout it being made into a " sticky " that will automatically stay at the top.
So I guess the HBCU Photo thread can be unstickied since it is popular and would remain at the top. I thought it was a conscensus that anything that was applicable to everyone and popular would be a sticky. I guess since a moderator didn't create it, its not sticky worthy :roll:
But I insist so....back to the top it goes
