WELCOME TO HOWARD UNIVERSITY! This thread is designed to ensure your transition to Howard University is as pleasureable and as memorable as possible. If you have any questions pertaining to Howard University, registration, athletics, Greek life, campus life, Homecoming, Washington, DC, clubs, shopping malls, classes, majors, minors, roomates, etc. DO NOT HESITATE TO ASK QUESTIONS! Although Howard alumni and students are not experts in all areas of college life, we will try our best to answer your questions directly and in a timely manner. No question is a stupid question. Those who have come before you were once in your shoes. We encourage you to bring your own thoughts and also feel free to discuss others' as well. Yes, you can request roomates. And if for any reason that request was not properly filled, you can always ask for a roomate change or room switch after the semester begins.

If u have a 3.63 GPA and 20 ACT score can u still get into Howard because I heard your ACT score has to be higher than 20?

The selection takes a look at the entire package a students has to offer. They look for prospective students with potential. With such a high GPA, I wouldnt stress too much. Pray on it. Smile

YES I DO NEED YOUR HELP!!! lol Pre-O is around the corner and I know a lot of questions will be posted. It's always good to have another fellow Bison on hand to give assistance. And you're a female so your point of view can probably benefit someone better than mine.
