I got a letter yesterday saying that housing has reached capacity. And I feel some type of way about that because I have been on the Office of Residence Life's ****, and now I'm a freshman and I'm not even sure if I can go if I don't have a place to go. I'll be robbed of the dorm experience JUST because they decided they wanted to respond when they FELT LIKE IT. Lately Howard has really been pissing me off and I haven't even STARTED THERE yet. I'm starting to have regrets about paying that enrollment fee.But yeah anyways, any recommendations on where I could stay that isn't costly, but isn't in a bad neighborhood? I guess I'm gonna stick it out because HU is still my dream school, but I swear I feel like choking whoever is in charge of all of this.
Heyyyy everyone Thanks!!!Everything DID work out, I'm staying in Meridian...and...I have a SINGLE!!!I cannot believe that.But really, I had everyone calling the Office of Residence Life...I guess they got sick from hearing from my folks lol
Okay, you have just received a TASTE of what the rest of your four years will be like You will need to be on your grind when it comes to Howard and making sure you have everything you need.
At first I didnt like this fact and I thought that things should have been run better, but now I look back and laugh......the hassel Howard put me through definitely made me a more mature and aware individual. I LOVE HU!
