exactly. some ppl say its not fun but of course it isnt if u dont get out and find stuff to do. If u stay in all the time and dont join some of the clubs n organizations that are put on campus then yeah, you'll probably be bored. When i first got there, i told myself i was gonna give it a tryb/c i was happy to be away from home. I had so much fun my first year there and i loved it. To the person who said they are stuck there, honey, u arent stuck n-e-where b/c u dont have to come and u dont have to be there. Grambling really could care less. if u dont wanna be here, dont come b/c it's alot of ppl wishing they could have a scholarship and wishing they can go and pay for college. I hate when ppl say they are stuck somewhere like they dont want to be there.
my parents decided that im goin to Gambling not me, it wasnt my 1st choice so yea i do feel that i am stuck down there. Dont get me wrong i do appreciate the fact im goin to college on a scholarship but i would have liked to pick the college that i have to attend. i do plan to get involved jus cuz im not gon to the school of my choice doesnt mean im gonna waste the days away, i am gonna make the best of it :roll:
u never know, i might end up likin it down there and stayin but this is how i feel about it now
I DO BELIEVE THERE ARE FAR MORE IMPORTANT THINGS TO DO THEN TO THINK OF 100 THINGS TO SAY ABOUT ANOTHER UNIVERSITY....
1. IT SHOWS MATURITY LEVEL
2. MAKES YOU LOOK STUPID
3. MAKES THE SCHOOL YOU REPRESENT LOOK STUPID
4. IT'S JUST LAME AND STUPID

Yeah, u may end up likin it but if ur parents decided thats where u were goin, then wouldnt they want u to stay and not transfer. and yeah, u may end up likin it if u get involved in the activities and whatnot and get to know the ppl cuz everybody is real nice. I just hate when ppl try n badmouth Grambling and end up goin there like they dont have any other choice or dont go there at all and probably have never been there and dont know anything about it
