I will put it to you like this. If Tuskegee can beat Bama St. every year, whom happen to be the SWAC Champs, and we can beat Tuskegee, we DEFINATELY can beat Southern. It will be a good game no doubt, but those who think Southern will just sweep the floor with us are SADLY mistaken.
whoa whoa dude, yall barely beat us. yall cheated anyway fa real yall did, yall won by accident. I GUARNTEE you all won't be us this fall. Well i really don't care cause im transferrin but still tho. GOOD LUCK. O and Bama St is garbage. Damn near eery school in the swac is garbage if their the SWAC champs!

Albany State was good last year, but let's not jump to conclusion and say that yall can beat D-1AA teams. You are getting too far ahead of yourself because you finally had an undefeated season.

True enough, this was our first undefeated football season in a minute, and the best season ASU has had to date....but it wasn't our first WINNING season by a long shot. We've been doing the dayum thang in football for a minute. I'm not on here saying that we will blow D1-AA teams out of the water, because we know that isn't true (well, unless you're Savannah St., Norfolk, or Prarie View), but I AM saying that we could compete.

as not to entertain ignorance  I know about the golden rams, we all do, but don't let the school pride have you thinking that yall can beat anybody because I guarantee you that Norfolk St. and Prairie View will beat Albany State.

Ok. First of all, I never said that we could "beat" anybody. What I said was that we could "compete", or in other words, "hang" with any black college football team. That has a totally different meaning than beat. I realize that there are black college teams out there who are better than us, but you can NEVER count us out until the last second. Just ask Tuskegee and Valdosta State. Now....as far as Prairie View and Norfolk beating us  You've GOT to be kidding. I mean, SAVANNAH ST. beat Norfolk for crying out loud! Savannah hasn't put up more than 14 pts. against us in the last THREE years!!! And Prairie View is just as bad. What makes you think they would beat us....just because they're D-1 and we're D-II? C'mon guy.

^^^ Dog you blew out all that hot air for nothing. No one is denying the tradition and pagentry of yall football team. When it comes to consistancy, yes, Tuskegee has been the most consistant football team. The only team I can think of that is just as consistent if not more is Grambling. Even though you have the strong tradition of having good football teams year in and year out, don't act as if y'all are untouchable. We have just a strong of a program as you all do. No, we don't have as strong of a tradition that you all have, but no one can deny that we have one of the strongest programs in all of Black College Football right now. I do agree with you about the D1-D2 statement. I, too, am tired of all these D1 schools looking down on us like we're beneath them. I know for a fact that Tuskegee, Albany, and Ft. Valley would give a LOT of D1 schools fits. In closing, calm down homeboi. It ain't even THAT serious.

Yall got me laughing. It was a great season for both schools and we should leave it at that. Although the SIAC Championship was decided by that one game so I can see why the game is bitter for TU. ASU and TU be ready for us next season

It is THAT serious due to the fact people want to talk Sh*t about your school when historically they don't know Sh*t and the fact they want to overlook the past...and now.... LOL....Don't forget bishes....history repeats itself.... :-)
But when u think about it, historically ASU and TU have been dominant team. ASU Championships: 1984 1985 1986 1988 1993 1994 1995 1996 1997 2003 2004 That's 11 in the last 21 years. Impressive TU has won 23. But when u think about TU's championships, they won over half (12) from 1917 to 1936 when most HBCU's didn't even offer football. So from 1936 to 2004 they have won 11 championships. So hmmm, yeah, lets look back at it historically very close if u would like. Not slighting TU in any regard, they have over 500 wins so hell they have been doing it up. I looked it all up and my facts are correct in case u are questioning them. I haven't even talked about my school....that is for another discussion

....I don't question ones numbers unless they are completely absurd.... I just say TU>HBCU Football....as a complete program when you PUT everything together at the end....Draft Picks,Wins,Championships,Stats....TU is at the Top...and I will spend my entire night to prove it due to the fact I'm waiting to go home and school is out.
Now if someone doesn't believe your statement then they are lying or just too much into their own school to look at it without a biased opinion. Overall, historically, TU has been the big dog in the SIAC. But in the last 20 to 30 years, two more schools, ASU and FVSU, have came in and evened it out at the top of the SIAC
