I'm attempting to add bulk by working out, but it is not working. I need to add more calories to my diet without getting sick. Most liquid supplements have stuff in them which trigger my IBD.
I must be the only person tryna gain weight. I know this sounds right crazy, but I'm waay to skinny for my own liking. I like myself with meat on my bones and what I'm working with right now ain't hitting it..
