I was wondering, when is it going to snow in DC, or about what month does it start to snow? I keep hearing stories from upperclassmen about how cold it was during the winter and about big snowball fights they've had. Everytime I check the weather out there and most of the time it's only about 40 degrees, which means I probably won't need to buy a heavy jacket because it would be a waste of money.

shoooot, if u got a math test at 8:10 and you dont even WAKE UP til 8:01......u'd prolly bust ur **** gettin to class too.....but holla at ur grl cuz I still made to class on time....lol
