^Don't like a lot of people from St. Louis and certain people from Chicago got country accents?
oh no...why not...i am curious...
the saint louis accent IS quite different from CHI, and OHIO, fa sho. from what i can tell, most of the folk from saint louis are from the south, mississippi, and alabama mostly...thats where the "country/down south" twang comes from i suppose, but i dunno, when i talk to my friends whose folks are or were born and raised here, like the voice pitch and tone is sort of sing songy if you catch my drift. the sound goes up and down with the statement he or she is trying to make...i guess :?
^Yeah a lot of people from the Midwest you can't really tell where they are from like Ohio, Chicago, Detroit by they voice. I don't think anyone will hear someone's voice and be like you must be from the midwest. People just know that some people in the Midwest have accents.
