-and of course the prestigious Hampton University2. Secondly, we must recognize what the reputation of these schools are already
-oddly enough they are all known 2 be dumb as hell except for us at...the prestigious Hampton University
3. there's no need to address academics as the aforementioned point clearly states hampton is the only school that has a solid academic stigma so hmm....
3. Tertiary, would be athletics (sorry bout the ADD) itz clear we tend to win more meac championships in more sports than the other lackluster colleges so give that 2

I haven't done research but......what about Virginia Tech and University of Virginia?
I think he was referring to HBCU's....I would hope so because VT and UVA would beat Hampton anyday....hands down....

esp. since i know they're better in academics and sports and all
i almost went 2 UVA actually but i didn't like the environment (lol it was cold and they fed u a bunch of stories about how the town doesn't like UVA and the class prez [some filipino and black girl if i remember correctly] was assaulted during the elections because of her race ...i'm not sure if that was true or they were doin that for..ehh why would they spread a rumor like that maybe it was true)

i think uz are a bunch of lames...yall seem like the type to paint ya face at a basketball game or somethin...schoolpride is okay..but many of u (especially Hampton people) get real corny w/ it

:roll: Have u eva been to HIU, to any kind of sporting event there? If u would have, u would know that Hampton has almost NO school spirit (that used to annoy tha hell outta me!) and they don't paint they faces like they at some crazy PWI-party school. I wouldn't even normally pay any attention to this type of BS since I don't go there but tha HU peeps on here are much to busy with whatz that thing called? Hmmm I think it's called "COLLEGE"...

Yea..ummm..i attend Hampton University, i was being sarcastic about the face painting thing and i was'nt even talking about the REGULAR people...i was talking about the wack asz people who get off on making sure Hampton is repped to the fullest on this message board, it's not friendly banter anymore, it's heated debates about why HU is the fukcing promised land...in my opinion, that is lame...there are more threads on here about Hampton than any other school, evidently SOMEBODY from HU isn't too busy with college
Firstly, I would like to say Happy New Year to Everyone.... Now that all that is out the way...
I would like to know from you HU or is HIU students exactly how many of your programs are Accredited... yeah I asked. See at Hampton Your paying to say you go to Hampton... We on the other hand are paying for a quality education from knowledgeable professors that actually care about us. Don't get me wrong I'm sure all of your professors care about you RIGHT...??? I've heard so many complaints about the staff at Hampton. See I don't understand why the Pirates always feel as if they need to prove themselves to people... HINT( NO ONE CARES) Now there is a healthy level of college rivalry... but you all seem to take it to a new extreme... for a reference.. I hope your future employer is not a product of one of these so called dumb a$$, stupid universitys...
To be honest.. the only programs at Hampton that are not accredited are ones that are new, and most of those now are accredited. So basically we get our monies worth... by the way its a private school so you would expect to pay that much. No matter what school you go to your going to have some sort of gripe about someone at the school.. no ones school is perfect.
