I'm more into old school rock...a little bit of this and that. I love 80s pop & rock. There's this one mid-80s style band that was damn great....Ready For the World. And they were a black band, but just by listening to their music, you couldn't tell.
P.O.D. of course revolution fa sho. I like all their stuff and their the only rock band i listen to...the content of the lyrics is whats the hottest of it all to me. I know we usually consider rock white music but it would be strange callin their music white cause they a pretty diverse band but yea.
kelly clarkson...Breakaway is tight...
Besides them I just listen to any gospel music no matter if the sound is hiphop, rock, or pop...as long as im feelin it and the lyrics are at least somewhat meaningful...
