A lady was at work one day, and a man walked up to her and smelled her hair. He says, "My my my, your hair smells good!" The lady angrily walks off.
The next day, the man does the same thing...."Baby, your hairs smells better today than it did yesterday!! I love the smell of your hair!"
So the lady decides to go to Human Resources to write a formal complaint. She speaks with the HR Department manager....
"Mr. Manager, this man in my department keeps walking up to me, smelling my hair and tells me how good it smells to him."
HR Manager says, "Whats wrong with that?"
The lady replied, "He's a midget."
