For me I have received a couplel scholarships from local chapters of frats, and sors, and other various scholarships that will total over $10,000 when it is all said and done. Morehouse is an expensive college, and im still waiting on a fincial aid packet, but they betta offer me some money...lol..because the other colleges I applied to did.
I got one from my mom's job for a thousand, I got one fromt the national alliance of black educators for two thousand, I got one from Prairie View Marching storm for twenty-six hundred, I got accepted into a program where you stand to receive up to twenty-five hundred in financial aid if you complete the program and I have a scholarship pending from my church for two hundred and fifty. I haven't got my financial aid package yet even though I filed that think way in February

-i got a full 4-year Army ROTC Scholarship to HAMPTON UNIVERSITY which covers everything except Room&Board
-Hampton is only offering me Loans, not Grants...im not tryna get no Loans cuz then i gotta pay it all back
-a $500 book stipend from AKA
-a $500 military scholarship
-a $500 scholarship from my church
-a $1000 scholarship from my dads job...
and im still waiting on like 10,000 more
gotta add one more now...

well i,ve been applying for scholarships, and it seems like i aint getting nothing, financial aid aint give me nothingl, and spelman is where i wanna go.
