It's been a minute since some of us have been around here, or its been pretty sporadic if we have. With that said what you been up to these days. Whats new... good and bad. Holla!
As for me, ya boy is officially Morehouse Alumnus (Holla!!!). I have moved to ATL for good and am officially on that grind for a better future. So far so good... I gotta ill spot right around the corner from the Fox Theatre in midtown on Ponce De Leon. I'm grinding looking for a new job and trying to do the music thing at the same time. There's some ups and downs but overall life is good.
Whats going on with y'all.

Hello everyone! I'm not sure if some of y'all remember me or not! Well, I'm a freshman at Howard University, and I was a Bio major but I'm switching to Psychology. Hopefully the boards will pick back up!

Well, my name is Jennifer, and I'm a high school senior this year with my fingers crossed for my matriculation into Hampton University. I've been on this site for a good while now...(like 3-4 years) and it's really good to see it being revamped for the new year. Hopefully I'll be able to make some connects on here from HU, or any hbcu for that matter. Holla at me if you want to know more.

Im an oldhead too! Even though I really dont know too many ppl on here all like that! Anyway I am a sophomore at community college here in Cleveland and getting my associates degree and then transferring to a PWI (hopefully Bowling Green State U) fall 2007...major? Dunno...that will be figured out soon enough! Im not on here much at all, too busy...but I'll post from time to time this upcoming semester! Peace out!
Well, I'm a junior at VSU. I can't wait to get out of here. Supposed to graduate May of 08. I really wanted to transfer, but decided to stay after I met my bf. We've been together for 8 months now. Not much has been going on though. Just going to classes and trying to raise my gpa. I don't work during the school year. Trying to find an internship for the summer.
I'm enlisted in the United States Air Force, waiting to go Active Duty. I will be doing stuff that OPSEC will not allow me to tell anyone. I plan on finishing a Civil Engineering Degree at Tennesee State University under AFROTC and becoming a Regional Security Officer at the United States Embassy in Lima, Peru after Officer Commissioning.
Well I'm still at Tuskegee. I put in my transfer papers EVERY year since been here. I'm a junior nursing major. Unfortunately I'm on that 5 year plan. graudating May 9, 2009. Just finished my last season of marching band. MCP! Just been on the grind. Never knew how much work I'd actually have to do. But that's pretty much my life right now.
Well... let's see... I'm in my final semester at NC A&T... I officially got my major changed to JOMC to make sure I can graduate in 07 instead of 08, and I will be doing that.
Other than that I've been on the grind with work just making the most of this college experience that I have left. I have some ideas for a new production company that I'm looking to get off the ground, Eye-Rise Productions, where we focus on positive contributions that Blacks have contributed to society through documentaries, photoessays, and other forms of media. I am in the process of submitting a proposal to WNAA to get a new radio show off the ground called the "Sound Off", where we get our voices out on issues in the Black community.
Still in a relationship, it will be coming up on three years in March, and hopefully things will work out when we both graduate in December.
That's about it.. I haven't really said much about the new look, but i'll say that the new boards are lookin really good, and I think HBCU will return to glory... It's good to see everyone still doin their thing and making positive strides towards graduation, and big shouts to those that have graduated.
