Hm.... I have that problem when I went to a doctor about it I found it was completely normal and alot of women have that problem. right now im 17 and they still haven't Grown to the same size but its nota HUGE difference. oh well... Oops

I feel ya girl. I'm 19, and mines still haven't evened out. So half sizes fit me the best. Thank God, it's not noticeable.
