Whats going on people. Right now I attend Morris College in Sumter South Carolina. My question is actually towards the students who go to NCCU, I need feedback from yall. What are the rules and regulations? Are there coed dorms/or visiting hours, curfew, how is the food, how is the greek life, who runs the yard, are the teams good, what about the band...stuff like that. Anyway, i am really considering transfering there so i need some information, so holla back.
The Business program is fine, just make sure you intern. And you'll have an easier time find a well paying job taking the CIS or the Finance track.
And BTW, good to see the rivalry is still alive, farmboys! But seriously though, when they gonna play b-ball again?
NCCUJeree you know the McDougalds from Bunnlevel? Jonathan is my LB.
IS YOU SCURRED?
YEP I KNOW THE MCDOUGALDS, WALKERS...EVERYBODY...IM KIN TO THE BELLS AND SOME MCLEANS
What does football have to do with basketball?
Yall ran from the b-ball game this year and you know it. We didn't run from the football game. Yall still fired a legend. You could have let him become the winningest college coach in NC history. . . 5 more wins to 200.
And besides, it took an NCCU alum (Hayes) to restore your program anyway. Hayes took his lumps in the 80s, back when A & T was a b-ball power. Yes young ones, A & T was the b-ball top dog at once. Times change, huh?

I still think that some fishy was going on there... You don't just blow a 27-0 lead to a team you haven't lost to in 12 years. You don't just lose a homecoming game. We'd even set a scoring record on Howard the year before. All the sudden he makes a severe slip up and ends up being A.D. at another school? That just happens to be his Alma Mater? Tell me somthin ain't up there... :?
Yeah he was messing up, but it's like Joe Paterno. He was practically set to retire after the 2003 season anyway. Bill "Purple" Hayes wasn't planning to leave. After four MEAC championships, he deserved the accolades that would have come with 200 collegiate wins. Now we snatched him up, moreso because he was a popular alum, and A & T still had to finish paying his contract.
Now I hope Small has a successful season this year as well, or you all may have some real issues (well except against us). The AD/Chancellor took a real risk and are lucky it worked out for them.
Man... the AD is an idiot. The messed up thing about it is that he doesn't really have any kind of degree that could even certify him as an AD. He was a business major! Most schools at least have someone that has a degree in Athletic Administration. Just because he used to be in the NBA does not certify him as an Athletic Director. That just means he knows how to play basketball and apparently not very well since he only stayed in there for a couple years. A&T went almost a whole semester without a certified athletic trainer and then he had the nerve to threaten to fire the trainers he did have for not performing service that they weren't certified in. You're right... that decision to hire Small was lucky. But I wouldn't bank on him making too many other wise ones. He's from an old era where there weren't NCAA regulations to contend with, and I don't think even a winning football season is enough to save his **** if he makes too many screw ups, whether they be blatant or not.

that's true, somethin wasn't right with that....
shoot, we got to play ACC and C-USA schools which means more money, if that means "running" like you call it... then we ran to the green... let's see... we get learning experiences from schools like Duke, Wake, NC State, Charlotte, etc. rather than playing a D-II school... i'd do it for the financial wise... maybe you need to turn the hands of time and realize that college sports is now a business...
and this "young one" as u put it is like the roadrunner... i'm 10 steps ahead of you on the history of A&T athletics, Coyote... i know A&T was a powerhouse, and we're slowly rebuilding.. every dynasty has their down years... Nebraska in football, Duke had a couple down years in hoops, UNC had theirs... so realize that every program has it's down years... we just gotta slowly get back to the top....
