After much deliberation and reasearch I have come to the conclusion that .....
Howard University is really the best HU in all the land.
Simple because
a) I've never heard anyone say, "Hey Shawty, we need to take a roadtrip to Hampton for they homecoming! I heard P.Diddy was gonna be there!!!!"
b) Howard has a Law School. I mean......what's REALLY FOCKING with that?
very good reasoning. i live in lawrence, kansas. home of the all important fluckin jayhawks. and i would rather not go to college than go to university of kansas. but you have to give howard points for historical signifigance. i mean, brown vs. board changed the course of american education and the landscape of both primary, secondary, and post secondary education would be very different without it. plus, we've got so much star power. p diddy, despite his lack of completion, (but, technically, he was awarded an honorary degree, so he still counts), debbie allen, ossie davis, toni morrison, zora neale hurston, omar tyree, ananda lewis, etc. and the political importance of the campus and it's population is huge. now, anyone who goes to, or knows someone who goes to, howard knows that we may have our administrative issues, in that u can't get anything done without a validation sticker, and you can't get a validation sticker for anything, we still have a strong academic reputation. and i suppose i'd be remiss in my duties as a howard student if i didn't mention the fact that we brought in 72 national achievement scholars, which is the largest number for 2003.

Bring It Back from the Bottom of the map...That's my song...."Put yo hands on your knees and bend your ****...put your back in Back out do the ****"
They have the craziest lyrics.
and howard has been a university how much longer? so that settles the question of who was the original HU..which may lead it to be the factor or the real HU (while hamptons a copy)
^^^ Um...ok if that makes you feel better. We've been giving degrees since the first class graduated...besides 1867 and 1868 isn't that big of a difference.
