It's different for everyone, but what works best for me is Dark and Lovely.

my girl just hipped me to this... it's called silk elements...the stuff does not burn at all, and it has been a good three months since i relaxed my tresses, and i can still go to bed without wrapping it, wake up, shake my head and be good. however, when im home, my stylist uses affirm, i think :?

I use that too... but, I think my hair is better off when I dont have any chemicals in it, n just perm it when I need to.

My hairstylist uses Designer Touch in my hair and it works great. I love it and she's been using it on my hair for like 5 years now
