I don't think Southern people be dissing up north music we just rep ours so hard yall think we dissing. A lot of us grew up on northern music so we have respect for it. It's like now we got something to rep cause for the longest, it was just West Coast & East Coast and no one from the south really was represented. Now for a change, we can represent. I never really heard anyone or any artist from the south dissing East Coast music.
And just because it's different don't mean it's wrong. The north and the south are completely different places so we are gonna experience different things. This means that our stories and lyrics are gonna be different.

yea southern music is what's hot right now! When it started to rise nothernn cities didn't know what to do with it, they was too use to just bangin their heads. But know I see that they catchin on.... shakin like a salt shaker. This style of music must be doin something good if alot of artist from all over trying to make a crunk song now. I don't think southern music gonna be here too long thou.
Down South music do slap, especially that new one from Nivea and Lil Jon. But none of the music out there is on Oakland's level!. Down there yall crunk, but over here we hyphy!!!
DETROIT!!eminem and the whole shady aftermath record fam along with 50.eminem is right up there with bein the best rapper or lyricist out there....but back to ther topic.im not from what people consider the "north" im from the midwest but u jus have to give the southern music its props.i love it even though im not in the club or partyin all the time but when i am it does get the crowd goin and everything.it might die down and i t might not.whatever....

I'm sure they're good but I gurantee that about 80% of their airplay in New York. If it wasn't for Bet I wouldn't have heard any of their music.
