Check out the detailed poll above, and pick out which one represents how much TV news you watch.
Does anyone here besides me watch local/national news on TV? By local, I mean your basic local CBS/ABC/NBC stations (for example: News 2....NewsCenter 4....Eyewitness News 5). National being ABC/CBS/NBC national evening news, CNN, MSNBC, ****....and then there is Fox News (the conservatives' favorite biased choice).
The reason I'm asking is to get a feel for how the younger crowd feels about TV news. People (and surveys) say that the younger crowd (18-27) doesn't care about the news as much as the older crowd does. I brought this up with our News Director, trying to persuade him to either re-work our newscasts to appeal to the folks from my generation, OR create ONE newscast that would air the news that is relevent to our lives.
State your pleasure negroes.
The biggest problem I have with Fox News is the fact that Rupert Murdoch (conservative owner of the network) INSISTS on calling his network a NEWS network....when it is clearly a TALK/OPINION network.
well, the other networks aren't far from it...just look at PBS and cBS...>>(stacy dash)
