Ladies...can you cook?

PRAISE THE LORD!!! I can cook. I love to cook, I just don't always have time to cook like I want to. I was raised on four/five course meals and that's the way I prefer to do it. Like for breakfast we had eggs, sausage, rice and biscuits then for dinner tonight we had chicken ****, rice, brocolli, bread/biscuits (kids choice). I was going to make some cornbread, but I was doing my baby girl hair and I was trying to make the meal quick. Next, I plan to cook smoothered porkchops in homemade gravy with onions, mashed potatoes (from real potatoes) corn, and cornbread. I can bake from scratch. My daughter loves my biscuts. However, I can't make gumbo (actually I never tried) and I can't cook on a grill. I tried it once and even though my food was completly cooked, it all tasted like lighter fluid. So, I never tried again.
