Just play my music and get a good book and just drift out...or go to sleep that's what i do most now...or get on the phone and talk to someone that i know won't care that i'm just venting and will just listen and get me level headed....
relaxing, reading (for fun), slow music, talking to a sweet/nice person, taking a break, having fun, being pampered (spa, massage, baths, facials etc.)
