NOW HOWARD WHICH I AM A LITTLE DISSAPOINTED ABOUT DOESNT REALLY HAVE AN OFFICIAL PROCESS FOR FRESHMAN LIKE SAYYYY BETHUNE COOKMAN WHOS FRESHMAN HAVE A SUN VISOR AND CAN NOT GO WITHOUT WEARING IT UNTIL HOMECOMING......BUT YOU ARE STILL A FRESHMAN AND FRESHMAN SHOULD STAY IN THEIR PLACE

I've lived in the DC area since I was 10 and it is not that bad. Its just like any other major city. Don't let it get to you. Just be smart about things and have common sense (which i'm sure you have).
Cupcake I totally agree with you... I go to DC every yr for the summer... Its not all that bad... sure bad things happen but where in the U.S. does nothing happen EVER... The main thing is to use common sense...
