Okay I see that a lot of you gals are scared to use tampons so I made a thread to discuss our fears on what kind of sanitary item we use for that time of month.

I am on the Ortho Evra patch b/c I use to have a horrible experience every month with my period. I started in 5th grade and my periods were 8 days of heavy bleeding, and cramps so bad I couldnt walk the first two days!
Now with the Patch, Ma period is always on time and a convenient 4-5 days of light bleeding! My cramps aren't bad at all, but I do continue to have horrible mood swings...
That almost sounded like an infommercial
