Well in case you havent ever played for a high school or college prepatory athletic team, in which case you shouldnt be judging them anyway, you would know the same amount of work goes into preparing for college athletics as college academics...
You may spend all night studying, but did you spend all summer running 330 yard sprints in 104 degree weather...
You may have to take prepare for the SAT's, but did you have to spend the last 2 months working in a gym relentlessly to prepare for a combine...
Am I underminding the amount of energy it takes to succeed academically...no. Im just sick of people underminding what it takes to succeed athletically...
Or even both, like my "he only hea for football" a**... when i probally have better grades and scores than some on academic scholarship...
I aint even tryin to hear that....I was in the band and practiced 5 days a week just like the football team. We marched in the same 104 degree weather the football team did and some days, we were on the field LONGER than the football players.
When I got to Howard I was in the marching band, newspaper staff, a Resident Assistant, had a internship and had to maintain my grades ALL AT THE SAME TIME.
If I can juggle 3 activities, good grades and a job, then I'm sure playing one little sport would be a breeze...

Sooo you lettered in a varsity sport huh... you know right because you know what summer conditionin is huh, you probally dont even have the physical capacity to interpret what a 330 is let alone run one... So what tha f*** ever. People **** me tryna judge things they've never experienced.
And i was in the band freshman and sophmore year, ****'s weak and you definatley do not spend more time on the field, be rational... And you're standing around when youre out there not sprinting up and down a field...
And on youre miniscule skimpyness of a resume you just encorporated, i see no physical activities so YOU are definately one of those whom just wont ever understand how much it takes to go All-District both ways, or even All-State in a sport...
Not to mention maintaining a 3.3, scoring an 1170 Math/Verbal, Presiding over the M.A.S.S scholars, and publishing a novel..... In my case that is.
I was under the impression that standard courses ie:english, math, etc. would be large at any school for freshman.
I'm still struggling with my choice on whether or not I should enroll in Spanish or French. In real life I know I'd benefit from being fluent in Spanish, but I'm still stuck on this whole French thing. (I want to be able to tell people off and it sound like I was spitting some Al Green lines lol)
