Considering most of out band and football team are from down south, the above statement is totally irrelevant...lol

Not only that, but Hampton has seen some powerful bands before. In the past 5 years, they have seen all MEAC bands (except FAM) but BCC about 3-4 times, Southern twice, other SWAC bands like UAPB, Grambling, Alcorn St, so its not like JSU will be the first. And I don't believe any were all that impressive except for BCC. Pirates are pretty hard fans to please anyway. But we love our own! JSU gonna have to DO cartwheels and spelling out sentences for us to be like WOW!
SU's performance at the Heritage Bowl was not at all impressive, HIU's field show was MUCH MORE entertaining. YES ITS TRUE!
And no matter how much we are impressed, we will NEVER FEEL DAMN I WISH I WENT THERE, esp over a band.
No matter what- Hamptonians LOVE THE FORCE, and its good JSU loves there boom.
The grid-iron matchup, you will see who will reign supreme and it won't be the Tigers. Watch out for that SLASHING SWORD! :wink:

I mean I go to Howard and I would dread playing J-state....I mean no cares about the football game but the J-Settes alone will carry the game

But i can say this much, don't sleep on Ebony Fire, if there is any squad of any HBCU band that can compete with them, EF can definetly do it, especially in the stands! They really work out, and really dance

BTW, what u mean no one cares about the game? Have u not seen all the posts on here by JSU claiming pre-victory? The band is a secondary factor to many.
