My first choice of school is Howard. I wanted to know what my chances are of being accepted into the school of business and major in finance. I am Junior in high school. I have taken all honors classes and have a GPA of 3.0. I have also signed up for a number of AP classes. I haven't taken the SAT's yet but I plan to get at least a 1050/1600. I am taking the ACT's in April. I am a good communicator and I could prolly write a solid admissions essay. I have done many activities and have been Class president, Vice President, and treasurer. I have been active in Deca, Student Concil, Year book Commitee, and I am a varsity Track and field and Indoor track athlete. I have had perfect attendance since I started school in Kindgerdarden and have recieved many awards. I am applying early action and I am a male so hopefully that will be a plus. What are my chances?
I'd say you're in. Admissions is a lil more flexible with guys because of the gender ratio. As long as you stay over that 3.0 mark, nail over a 1000 on the SAT, and stay involved in student activities/community service...I think you would be a safe bet.
Competition is steadily increasing tho, so stay focused and don't fall off just becuz I gave u the greenlight. In addition, don't take what I say and run with it...then **** me if i'm wrong lol

Like my fellow Howardite Blutifully Human said, keep those grades up and you will get in.
