Morgan is cool, I know plenty of Bio majors there and since we are right down the street from John Hopkins University, many of them do research there over the summer. John Hopkins is one of the top Med schools in the world so them doing research gets them a foot in the door for Med School.
Im a business major and the Bio and Chem classes I did take were hard as hell. (I had to take the honors section which is basically the same as the one Bio majors take) I give props to anyone who makes it through that program.
Campus life is cool although there are no parties on campus and Morgan is a dry campus which also means no alcohol. All the parties are held at clubs nearby which is better than a house party in my opinion. Dorm life sux but if you must baldwin and cummings are decent.
Real Talk: I graduated from Howard and then I entered the MD/MBA program at a top-10 school a few years after I graduated HU.The majority of young adults I see at the top med schools (who did undergrad work at HBCUs) typically come from from Hampton or Howard pre-med programs...But that is just the majority/bulk of the folks I see coming through and entering/applying to top-10 med schools. My observations, as an alumnae of and HBCU & top-10 grad school is not indicative of the quality of other schools… I'm just talking about what I've seen & experienced over the past 15-yrs and I'm not dissing any other schools...As for Dorms... all I have to say is: Dorm Life... the ups & downs are just a part of college life. You will laugh many years from now at all of your dorm experiences (good & bad). Folks that lived in apartments tend to be a little jealous when they graduated and look back that they didn't go through dorm issues. Your best friends 10-yrs after u graduate will probably be folks from your dorm! My 2 best friends now (I entered HU in '89!!!) were met at my dorm at Howard.That’s my word…

I heard that it was a waste of time,nobody will credit your diploma.
Morgan,where I'm going,seems like a nice college but I heard that they like to BS a lot.
Howard is great if it wasn't for my GPA I would go there.
Hampton is excellent but it's a private school.
If you want to go for pre-med I suggest Howard or Hampton
i would suggest HOWARD for premed my cuzin graduated from there and is a well off family doctor so go for it i dont no too much bout the rest but to the other Hu (non authentic) lol i dont no too much about their med stuff
