The first National OOBAU Convention will be held in Los Angeles, CA in February 2008. The place is yet to be determined. Admission will be free. The main objective of the OOBAU is economic self-sufficiency for all Africans and Black people in the entire world. We will address self-sufficiency from a :"GLOBAL PERSPECTIVE." For the month of July 2007, you can join the OOBAU for no charge. After July 2007, membership fees listed on the official OOBAU website will apply.
