is howard a party school

i know a few people who went there a few years ago and said it was

Based off of the few people you know, you seem convinced that Howard is a party school. So whats the point of this thread?

i don't go to howard but for any university with an active campus its all depends on how you spend your time there if all you're doing is partying instead of hitting the books then yes it is a "party" school it's all about balance of work and play
