I know a lot of students who have transferred but not all of their credits followed them. As a matter of fact, many had to start almost from the beginning and thats because Howard requires a lot of courses that aren't offered at other schools. More info about transfer students can be found here: Admissions for Transfer Students - Howard University

how important are your sat scores for transferring, even after you've graduated from high school, does howard put alot of weight on sat's asfar as transferring?

i dont think they really care about SATs. since ur in college they're lookin strictly at your college transcript, letter of rec, and ur activity resume. anything in highschool is left there. so i hope ur doing good currently in school lol

More weight is placed on your current grades, GPA, transcripts, etc. However, good SAT's won't hurt!

well my gpa is about a 3.50 and my current sat score is about a 800, but im going to be taking the sat in march so that i can get a higher score, this will be my 4th time taking it, and recently i was accepted to morgan state university so i may be transffering by the end of fall 2008 with my english, biology, and math credits.

Ok, let me get this straight... You are at a community college, about to transfer to morgan and then going to transfer to Howard? Is this correct or do I have it confused??
