For Howard? If so, I dont think you have to apply for any of their academic scholarships. That's what they have you transcrpt for. If Im wrong some generous forum member should and will correct me on that one.
You do not apply of the Laureate Scholarship.
If you are selected as National Achievement Finalist through the PSAT and you name Howard U. as your first choice...you are asked to send in a copy of your Finalist letter....
