SITUATION: So I have some homegirls that i've been tight with since freshman year in high school and we all just so happend to end up on "the hill." Well my crew as we like to refer to ourselves, doesnt quite see eye to eye with some new friends of mine since college b/c of their own personal reasons... so two of them have decided to chunk me the dueces!?! I personally dont think they should be mad at me ya know? so do you think its worth trying to rectify? and what would you do?

I wouldnt try to be there friends only becuase it they were true friends it wouldnt matter who you were to become friends with. Unless your new friends are saying bad things about your old friends..then that would be a problem. But If it was meant to be for yall to be friends I think they will come around and apologize sooner or later.

PRAISE THE LORD!!! First let me start by saying that just because you hang around people, that doesn't make them your friend. You don't have to question a TRUE FRIEND, because there's nothing phony or fake about them. A true friend wouldn't put you in any situation that would make you uncomfortable. Right now, that seems to me to be the situation that you're in. Secondly, it doesn't matter what anybody else thinks or feels, it's up to you to make the final decision. How do you feel about the situation? What is the best choice for you? You have to do what you believe to be right, because in the end you are the one that is going to have to live with your decision. As you get older your decisions will get harder and your choices will seem limited, but always ask yourself what outcome are you willing to live with without regrets. There's always going to be people around you. Some are going to be around you because they care and others for different reasons. Once you realize why people are hanging around you, it'll be easier to decide if you want to be around them. See, just like those "friends" decided they didn't want to hang around your new friends, they can just as easily decide that they don't want to hang around you...and then what are you going to do???
