WHATS GOOD, I AM STILL THINKING ABOUT TRANSFERRING, AND I WANT TO GO TO AN HBCU IN NORTH CAROLINA. RIGHT NOW I AM ON THE JCSU WEBSITE TRYING TO FIND OUT MORE INFORMATION. IF THERE IS ANYONE WHO ATTENDS THIS SCHOOL ON HERE, LEAVE ME SOME INFORMATION ABOUT THE SCHOOL. HOW ARE THE DORMS, ARE THERE CURFEWS, COED?, LOCATION, STEP SHOWS, CAFE, THINGS OF THAT NATURE. HOLLA AT ME WITH THE PRO'S AND CON'S ABOUT THE SCHOOL PLEASE. 1

uh....i dont go to smith but I have been quite a few times since I got mad fam there. I believe a couple of the dorms are coed or at least last time i was there it was. I know there was a curfew for the freshman 1st semester last year but that was last yea....and seeing that you're looking to transfer you wont be a freshman but you need to talk to a real JCSU-er lol. I know you got churches chicken across the street and bojangles down the block(black folk luv chicken smh) You can take the bus to like 2 different malls (forget the names tho) downtown charlotte aint but a way but I dunno if students venture that far down bettes ford road that often. McDonald (golden arches) is a lil down the way... they closed McDonalds cafeteria.....man that was the ish. um...Homecoming pop. All the alumni be down thurr and it be real cool so step shows and talent shows be off the chains...the parade **** too. The dorms differ accordingly cant really tell u too much bout that. Like I said this is just what I've seen from the times I've been there but I hope it helped a little. Talk to a real JCSU student cuz they'll be able to give u a much better perception of the school.
