HELP! Finding HBCU offering Sports Medicine

I really want to go to a HBCU... but I also want to major in Sports Medicine. So far the search has been hard so can somebody help me out

Morehouse has a program that leads to sports medicine but the rest seem to only have sports management or sports marketing as majors.

I wanted to major in sports med and was having the same problem. But i ended up switching majors. Wish you luck on the search!
