Howard U transfer student scholarship?

Hey guys. I'm kind of in crunch time. I've already been accepted to howard. I have a 3.6 at famu and a 2.86 from hampton. (No criticism on the transferring please, personal issue) I also got a 1200/1600 or 1750/2400 on the SAT. I need to know if anyone on this forum has recieved the transfer student scholarship from howard or knows anyone that did. If so please give details about what time u received notification that you got the scholarship. Also what was your gpa? Feel free to message me with any info about it. or just reply. thank you
