Hey Cali peeps and well...anyone else that hasn't seen HU in the winter time. Here are a few pics of HU in the snow...
Me & my girls in the quad lobby. All geared up & and ready to act a fool in the snow @ 1 oclock in the mornin (i'm on the far left)
Ladies, this is how u look in the winter time...about 3 times bigger than your normal size. If you're lookin skinny in your winter gear, then you're not dressin right. lol
These are pics on the yard, facing the Carnegie building
Noooooooooooooooooo Seriously I don't think I can take it. Why the heck do you guys look so happy when it's snowing. Don't you know that you are going into subzero weather. Geeeesh I tell you about HU students.
**Puts on extra jacket because he gets cold looking at it**** :?
 @that alert sign in the lobby. Nice pictures and I know I'm going to freeze... Why yall get up at 1am to play in the snow? Yall aint want people to witness it?
lol. Yall are halarious. It's not that bad u guys. Really. And honestly, those pics are from when i was there, but according to upperclassmen, DC has seen much worse winters. I heard last winter was pretty mild. So get ready yall...who knows how it'll be next winter.
And yeah, we look happy Calvin becuz that's how everyone looks when it FIRST starts snowing.
Doce, everyone goes out to play at that time. That's when there are no classes and peeps aren't all over the place. Watch, that's about the time that you'll see folks out on the yard playing hide and seek, sliding down hills with trays from the cafe, or just runnin around actin a fool. It doesn't even have to be snowin for peeps to be out on the yard at 1/2 am wildin out.
I was there also and that snow was not too bad. It was cold, but fun to play in. However, it only snowed a few times this past winter. The year before was one of the worst, so I've heard.
**Giggles in delight**
I LOVE snow. We don't get nearly enough in GA, if we get any.
Thats how I felt at first....but after a while when it stopped snowing, but the snow is still on the ground weeks later.....i got tired of looking at it.
The year before was one of the worst, so I've heard.
Yea...my sophomore year, we missed hella days for snow and had a good bit of early school closings.....and it was pretty bad for me because i lived in Meridian that year, so i was damn near snowed in.....I didn't have a meal plan and people weren't trying to deliver any food in the snow....man....We had cabin fever and damn near starved...
