I'll come back with more later, but i think its the Play Action from Tecmo Bowl. Or the shotgun straight to the RB (if playing with the Cowboys).
There was also a passing play on Madden 02 where the tight end runs a REALLY short and quick post route to the left, and once he reaches the Center, he's open each and every time.
There was another play on Tecmo Bowl where the QB pitches to the RB, the RB to the WR, the WR BACK to the QB, and the QB throws to whoever's open.
