A man gets a female pregnant and the female quickly takes the man to court and he is ordered to pay child support. Several years later his daughter tells him that he is not her Biological father and he gets a DNA test with the girl and the results say that he was not the father..
Should that man be entitled to his money back from all the child support that he has paid??
id say no cuz i mean, its for a child...in a way itd be selfish takin away from it what u gave it already... as long as you make sure the money u already put in goes solely 2 the child, then everything should be fine. besides, if u had any suspicion it wasnt yours, u take the blood test before u throw money in places u arent sure about.
Well first of all he should have never positioned himself to impregnate a GIRL (because obviously she's not a woman...) who would cheat and deceive him in such a way...
To 11th Power..
it doesn't matter. She lied to that man by telling him that he was the father and she lied to the court system..That's FRAUD. That man may have had dreams, like going to college, that was cut short....
she shouldnt give it back REGARDLESS...if you(the guy) had thoughts of the kid not being yours, take a DNA test...point,blank,PERIOD.
and thanks for making this thread iota....cause im taking my baby daddy to court and you reminded me about something!! THAT BASTID
If giving money the child also meant that he was being a father figure in this child's life then no, he should not get his money back because being a father to a child is priceless. If he was just giving child support with out attachment to the child, then no, he should have taken that test.

Oh really..Well, if the guy took you to court and if they find(court0 that there was any chance that he was not the father then he could be entitled to getting that money back..It's f*cked up that the kid has food taken out of their mouth but oh well..

I'm sorry bruh, but this is almost (not completely, but almost) impossible. When you take someone to court for child support, you take a free DNA test unless there is no possible doubt that the child is yours, OR unless you accept the child as your own (that way you assume the role of the biological father so you end up paying child support regardless). Either way, I don't think he should get the money back.
personally i think he should get the money back, regardless of it being selfish... but legally, you can't do that, b/c you claimed the child at the time, and you have to pay the bills and take care of the child regardless...it ****, but you can't get the money back
