Is it me? or do women what a man that is Athletic, Smart, and tall. Lets be real nobody can be all of these things. Sometimes I feel women(especially sistas) have very high standards for choosing a mate.
In my opinion, there's no such thing as too high standards. Besides the standards I set for my mate are qualities that I already have. If I can attain them, then they aren't too high for him to attain as well.

Uhh In high school I was athletic smart and tall. Now Im just smart and tall cuz my damn knee
I agree with Spelgirl...I have high standards, but not so high where they would be too unatainable. And honestly, just from reading what other girls have said they want in a man in another posts, our standards can definitely be met, when the right man decides to come along.

Yeah I have high standards. I want my man to be tall, dark, smart, athletic, responsible, all that crap but come on now when you meet that one boy yall know yall be like oh f*ck the standards. I'll save those for my husband. I always say I want my man to be all of what I listed but I ain't never had that all in one.
everybody's picky when it comes to choosing a mate... it's a 2-way street... we all have the high standards for choosing a long-term mate... and when we can't find the right one... we settle for the one right now... but i can be picky myself... and i know a lot of females are choosy, b/c they don't wanna get hurt, and deep down, males don't either, but they don't want to admit it and settle for the one that's there at the moment
Well I think men are the pickiest. Yall want hair, feet, height, skin tone, body shape, lips, ****, waist, eyes, dress, and personality to be a certain way. So are we MORE picky, nope!
I used to have preferences but I have learned that you don't get what you want all the time. I like thick guys but the dude I'm talking to now is on the skinny side. So I don't believe in that "this is what I want" mentality anymore.
