Stacey J DESERVED to be fired. Donald knew exactly what he was doing. He purposely pulled all those girls into the board room to see what Stacey J would do. She punked out, she didn't say Sh*t, 'cept for "I'm not crazy". As a business leader you have to be prepared to stand up against people and hold your own. Nobody is going to have faith in a punk, and they DAMN sure ain't gonna invest money in one either. Case in Point: Tony Blair, anybody who as watched CSPAN has watched him address the British Parliment. That man has to stand toe-to-toe to the members of parliment without taking a break or asking' for help. That man is a G! As a leader you have to be prepared at ALL TIMES! You will HAVE to raise your voice and grab your nuts sometimes--even if you don't want to. They've gotta know you're the fully-present king of the castle, prepared at ALL TIMES. Yes, AT ALL TIMES. At least a hundred bucks on you AT ALL TIMES. Ready to get in a cat's Sh*t AT ALL TIMES.
