Blame God!!! Posted on 10-25-2004
BABYJAZZ87

I honestly, do believe in God. He has been with me through the good and the bad. Lately, I have heard a lot of people blaming God for what happened to them or for what they did. I even heard someone blame God for killing their brother and he doesn't think a god exists. Not too many people stop and think about what they had done or what they had brought on themselves. They even blame the devil too, but they blame God more. People, think before you act and don't blame God for your mistakes! God loves you.

True. I know an athiest who doesn't buy the whole "religion" thing...but im always like, "how do you think we got here, and how do you think things are the way they are?" I dont see how some people can't see that there's something "bigger" out there than just billions of humans...then we all die...and the planet's gone. Nah. Its more than that.

I went to a poetry set last week and a guy got up there and said... FUCCK GOD... And I moved as FAR away from him as possible... He said he was muslim tho...I thought muslims belived(s/p) in God..oh Allah (s/p) You can't blame God tho, EVERYTHING happens for a reason, EVERYTHING is predestined anyways So if that person was going to die...he was going to die. *shrugs* This jus makes me think of my philosophy class...you know u can't believe in karma if your a Christian?

welp check your history....if you see the history of christaneity...why did ethopian christaneity...one of the first versions of the religion have a different kinder god than the one we got when we landed on the boat....i mean it seems a bit strange to me....also why were some pages and COMPLETE stories torn from the original bible by european popes, until the bible is in its complete entirety im not gonna believe the bible they give us in sunday school... explanation: european--because it was translated and i dont believe nothing a white person translates that he stole from an opressed minority hypocritical and mysterious--some things make sense, some dont, punish the good and loving, yet reward the **** and vengeful i believe in an all-loving god plain and simple, who doesnt abide by any wrong-doing physically or mentally against another person, NO MATTER WHAT THE CAUSE even if its for him...you ever noticed in the bible how god himself **** people with his power .....but he NEVER ever LET or allowed or praised people who **** others or hurt or maimed others in his name by their own power, it was always him involved supernaturally???....remember the story of the man who was about to **** his son for god.....my bad.....until bush or any other murderer can fly i dont believe a word they say about spreading "christaineity" because just as osama is straying from the muslim word i believe bush and the entire US is straying from the christian word.....going all on a tangent here...it may not make sense to ya....but lol im weird like that

I'm sorry but no where in the Bible I own does it say anything about punishing the good and loving and rewarding the **** and venegeful. Was that what you were trying to say? That is says that in the Bible? Cuz i feel a tad bit off track here :? And I apologize in advance because I may not be as up to par on translation history of the Bible and what not but i dont know....that just aint sittin to right with me...i gotta do a lil research. but yea i dont know about all that european, ****, hypocritical god who saved from being "unholy savages" stuff. I believe there is one supreme God who is the color or water. I believe in the God that my great great great grandparents called on in their times of need during slavery. A merciful and all-knowing God who has been good to me and everyone on this board just for allowing us to wake up this morning. I dont know about the rest of that mess, but thats the God that I beileve in.
