I been to both websites www.cau.edu and www.famu.edu. I haven't been to the campuses yet. I heard that Clark is located in almost down town in the dilapidated area. I was wondering if that was true. I would like to know the both the pros and cons of both institutions. Greatly appreciated.
Clark is kind of in the hood, but so are Morehouse and Spelman. If you are careful then you should be straight. I think that's like one of the only bad thing about Clark...and the fact that everything is so spaced out like their library, and all of that. They have a really good Communications program as well. And plus, CAU is in the heart of the city...ATL and there is always stuff to do. I love CAU!
FAMU, man oh man, I really wanted to go there. Their campus is right by FSU and it's pretty open. The last time I was there, they were doing some construction, but compared to CAU, I think their campus is better. FAMU also has some good programs, but I heard they are in a lot of financial problems or whateva. I love FAMU!
They are both really good schools, so I think you have to be very careful when deciding which is the best for you.
all hbcu's are in the hood.... some may not look as hood-ish as others but yeah...all of them are..and whoever says theirs isnt is LYING!!!!
