Snow Posted on 12-30-2004

I was wondering, when is it going to snow in DC, or about what month does it start to snow? I keep hearing stories from upperclassmen about how cold it was during the winter and about big snowball fights they've had. Everytime I check the weather out there and most of the time it's only about 40 degrees, which means I probably won't need to buy a heavy jacket because it would be a waste of money.

no no no, don't play yaself. In DC u must ALWAYS have a heavy jacket on the premises. Cuz it'll be sunshine one day, rainin like a **** anotha day, and the next day snow might be fallin out of the sky. Ya just never know with DC. A coat is a necessity at HU.

Actually it has snowed here already even though it was only one day. So if I was you I wouldn't wait to get a heavy jacket because DC weather can do a complete 360 on you. It will probably be cold consistently here in mid January.
