Maybe because he is crazy. But on the real though, maybe commitment scares him.

That may be true....because if he could just committ he'd be the perfect boyfriend. I don't see how he could be messing with anyone else because we talk all day long, everyday. If he does have time to squeeze someone in it's quick. I've been with him every single weekend for the past month and a half, his cell phone doesn't ring off the hook and when it does ring nine times out of ten I know who it is, he leaves me at his house all the time and the house phone barely rings. No one is dropping by we aren't hiding around town when we go out. SO maybe it is that he's just scared.

like everyone said, he don't want to commit, otherwise he would've been hopped on it...

I'll say one thing. That girl must have been a dime of dimes. After 4 years and getting no where passed the friend status, he still was after it. From the situation, it sounded like he just wanted to beat. Sometimes 5 years is the waiting time.

A couple possibliities here... 1. After five years of knowing each other and nothing happening, he wrote you off as a possibility and moved on. However, he's fine with having a good friend with benefits. 2. He realized that you weren't interested in him until he had a girl, which always raises a red flag for a dude. Again, he's fine with a good friend with benefits. 3. You have a good friendship and he doesn't want the inevitable problems that come along with a relationship... in other words things are working great now so why mess with it. This is the most likely scenario. Just my $0.02. If you want me to elaborate, I'd be glad to do so. J

I agree with Neo on this one. Why had she become oh so interested after she found out he had a girl??? That was real shady & he knew that. Once she made that move it wasn't like he was going to say no. If anything, she just played herself in the end.
